POSITIONAL DEVIATION INSPECTION DEVICE OF SPROCKET
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of inspecting positional deviation of a sprocket during a maintenance time and an initial installation time of a shutter device.SOLUTION: A device inspects positional deviation of a core C2 of a drive sprocket 40 on an opening/closing machine side and a core C1 of a driven sprocket 20 on a winding shaft side. The device includes: a light emitting section 8 which is detachably mounted in the driven sprocket 20 so as to irradiate laser light P; and a light receiving section 9 which is detachably mounted in the drive sprocket so as to receive the laser light P. In the light receiving section 9, a positional deviation allowable range (opening window 9100) is indicated. The presence or absence of the positional deviation is determined by visually recognizing whether the position of the laser light P projected on the light receiving section 9 is within the allowable range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
