METHOD FOR JOINING CERAMIC MEMBER AND ALUMINUM MEMBER, AND JOINED BODY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simply joining a ceramic member and an aluminum member.SOLUTION: The method for joining a ceramic member and an aluminum member comprises: (a) a step of preparing a ceramic member containing aluminum and/or silicon and an aluminum member; (b) a step of disposing a joining material on at least one of the ceramic member and the aluminum member in which the joining material includes a siloxane-based polymer or a carbon powder-containing silica sol; (c) a step of laminating the ceramic member and the aluminum member in a state that the joining material is interposed therebetween to constitute an assembly; and (d) a step of heating the assembly at a temperature of 600°C to 1,400°C in an inert gas atmosphere or a vacuum atmosphere.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
