PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel fixing base member and the like capable of reducing the amount of filling material to be used and achieving low weight, and remarkably reducing transportation load on workers.SOLUTION: A fixing base member is provided with: a load support surface 1a to support weight of equipment; cavities 1u and 1v to be filled on the member side, with a depth in a direction from an inside surface 1b to an outside surface 1c, in which filling material, such as concrete or mortar, is filled; and apertures 1e and 1f in communication with the cavities 1u and 1v to be filled on the member side, being formed in the load support surface 1a, to be filled with filling material from above.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
