WATER PROOF STRUCTURE OF OUTER WALL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof structure of an outer wall capable of securing waterproofness between a rising portion and an exterior material and improving workability relating to waterproof treatment.SOLUTION: In the waterproof structure of an outer wall 1 provided so as to face a place of an outdoor floor, the outer wall 1 is provided with a rising part 2 rising from an outdoor floor, an exterior material 3 arranged above the rising part 2, and a supporting material 4 supported by a building skeleton and supporting the exterior material 3, and a gap 5 is formed between the upper end part of the rising part 2 and the supporting material 4. Further, a waterproof sheet 7 is attached from an outdoor side surface at the upper end part of the rising part 2 to an indoor side surface of the support member 4 via the gap 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】立ち上がり部と外装材との間の防水性を確保できるとともに防水処理に係る施工性を向上させることが可能な外壁の防水構造を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】屋外床のある場所に面して設けられた外壁１の防水構造であって、外壁１は、屋外床から立ち上がる立ち上がり部２と、立ち上がり部２の上方に配置された外装材３と、建物躯体によって支持されているとともに外装材３を支持する支持材４を備えており、立ち上がり部２の上端部と支持材４との間には隙間５が形成されている。そして、立ち上がり部２の上端部における屋外側面から、隙間５を介して、支持材４の屋内側面にかけて防水シート７が貼り付けられて設けられている。【選択図】図１
