PIPE DRAWING-OUT METHOD OF EXISTING WELLHOLE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide pipe drawing-out method of an existing wellhole with respect to urban type civil engineering and construction work, the method having no influence of vibration on a residential area etc. around a narrow construction yard, capable of eliminating the possibility of a well pipe remaining, and drawing the well pipe without vibrations in a narrow urban area.SOLUTION: The method includes: removing the pumping facility installed in the well of an existing well; attaching an extrusion pipe closing lid and an extrusion hoisting jig to an upper part of a well pipe; and after washing the inside of the well pipe, injecting water from a water inlet into the well pipe and stopping water injection by filling the well pipe; pumping air from the air injection port into the well pipe to edge the well pipe with the ground; lifting the drawing suspending jig through the extruding wire by a crane to draw the well pipe; stopping the pressure feed of air into the well pipe after it is determined that the lifting load of the well pipe by the crane is the weight of the well pipe itself; continuing to pull out the well pipe by the crane; and drawing out the well pipe.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】都市型土木・建築工事において、狭小な施工ヤードの周辺の住宅地等への振動の影響がなく、井戸管残地の可能性を無くすことができ、都市部狭小地において井戸管を無振動で抜管することができる既設井戸の抜管方法を提供する。【解決手段】既設井戸の井戸管内に設置された揚水設備を撤去し、井戸管の上部に抜管用閉塞蓋と抜管吊治具とを取り付け、井戸管内を洗浄した後、注水口から井戸管内に注水して井戸管内を満水化して注水を停止し、空気注入口から井戸管内に空気を圧送して井戸管を地山と縁切りし、クレーンによって抜管用ワイヤを介して抜管吊治具を吊り上げて井戸管を抜管し、クレーンによる井戸管の吊り上げ荷重が、井戸管自体の重量であると判断された後、井戸管内への空気の圧送を停止して、クレーンによる井戸管の吊り上げ抜管を続行し、井戸管を抜管することにより、上記課題を解決する。【選択図】図3
