REPAIR METHOD OF EXISTING PIPE AND REPAIR STRUCTURE OF EXISTING PIPE
To provide a repair method of an existing pipe which can form a water stop structure which is high in water stop performance to the existing pipe having a pipe structure in which two kinds of pipes which are different from each other in pipe diameters are connected to each other.SOLUTION: An existing pipe comprises a cut first pipe, a second pipe having an inside diameter larger than an inside diameter of the first pipe, and a connecting part for connecting the first pipe and the second pipe. There is employed a repair method of the existing pipe which comprises the steps for: preparing a short pipe having a length reaching a prescribed position of the second pipe from a cut end of the first pipe; inserting the short pipe into the existing pipe from the cut end; deforming a portion in the vicinity of a tip of the short pipe inserted into the pipe so as to be expanded up to a prescribed position; and charging a liquid water stop agent from the cut end of the first pipe so as to fill a clearance between the first pipe and the short pipe, and hardening the water stop agent.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
