HIGH-PRESSURE LIQUID AGENT INJECTION PLUG
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-pressure liquid agent injection plug which can improve a working efficiency of repair, and can sufficiently cure a liquid agent after injection.SOLUTION: A high-pressure liquid agent injection plug 7 is inserted into a hole provided on a concrete structure, and injects a liquid agent to the hole with high pressure. The injection plug 7 has: a head portion 10 having two inflow ports 11 and 12; an intermediate shaft portion 20 having a mixed flow passage 21 for mixing two types of liquid agents made to flow in from each of inflow ports 11 and 12; a tip side shaft portion 30 provided with a jetting port 39 for jetting the two types of liquid agents mixed by the mixed flow passage 21 to the outside; and an enlarged diameter portion 40 which enables its diameter to be enlarged, and adheres to the hole by the enlargement of the diameter. The intermediate shaft portion 20 has a mixing member 50 for repeating separation and mixing of the liquid agent when the two types of liquid agents pass through the mixed passage 21, in the mixed passage 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】補修の作業効率を改善することが可能であると共に、注入後において液剤の硬化を充分に行わせることが可能となる高圧液剤注入プラグを提供する。【解決手段】高圧液剤注入プラグ７は、コンクリート構造物に設けられている孔に挿入され、この孔に液剤を高圧で注入するためのものである。この注入プラグ７は、二つの流入口１１，１２を有している頭部１０と、流入口１１，１２それぞれから流入させた二種類の液剤を混合させるための混合流路２１を有する中間軸部２０と、混合流路２１で混合させた二種類の液剤を外部へ噴出させる噴出口３９が設けられている先側軸部３０と、拡径可能でありこの拡径により前記孔に密着する拡径部４０とを備えている。中間軸部２０は、二種類の液剤が混合流路２１を通過する際に液剤の分離及び混合を繰り返し行わせるミキシング部材５０を混合流路２１内に有している。【選択図】 図１
