HIGH PRESSURE INJECTION DEVICE AND HIGH PRESSURE INJECTION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a super-compact type high pressure injection device which dispenses with a swivel and a rod rotary mechanism, and can be constructed even on a narrow place or a slope surface where a foothold is not installed.SOLUTION: A high pressure injection device 10 which excavates and improves a ground 1 by high pressure injecting water or a fluid of a cement slurry from injection nozzles 48, 55 and 58 provided on a rod 30 in the ground 1 includes: a device body 11 which holds the rod 30 in a standing state; and a rod lifting/driving mechanism 20 which is mounted on the device body 11 and intrudes/pulls out the rod 30 to/from the ground 1 without rotation of the rod, where a rotary nozzle 40 rotating by a reaction force of an injection force of the fluid is provided on a tip 30a of the rod 30, the rod 30 is intruded into the ground 1 through the rod lifting/driving mechanism 20, and when the rod is pulled out, the ground 1 is excavated and improved through the fluid high-pressure injected from the injection nozzles 48, 55 and 58 of the rotary nozzle 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】スイベルやロッド回転機構を不要とし、狭隘地或いは足場が整備されていない斜面等でも施工が可能となる超小型の高圧噴射装置を提供する。【解決手段】地盤1中にロッド30に設けられた噴射ノズル48,55,58から水或いはセメントスラリーの流体を高圧噴射させて地盤1の掘削と改良を行う高圧噴射装置10において、ロッド30を起立状態に保持する装置本体11と、この装置本体11に取り付けられ、ロッド30を回転させることなく地盤1中に貫入・引き抜きするロッド昇降駆動機構20とを備え、ロッド30の先端30aに流体の噴射力の反力により回転する回転ノズル40を設け、ロッド30をロッド昇降駆動機構20を介して地盤1中に貫入し、引き抜く際に、回転ノズル40の噴射ノズル48,55,58より高圧噴射される流体を介して地盤1の掘削と改良を行うようにした。【選択図】図1
