PILE CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile construction management method which re-digs and re-determines a pile hole when a support strength of a pore bottom does not satisfy a predetermined value by a penetration test before pile construction, and can sufficiently subject a pile hole having an increased depth to pile construction at low cost using a prefabricated pile corresponding to a depth before re-piling.SOLUTION: After forming a pile hole H1 of the set depth in the ground G, before building a pile in the pile hole H1, and inside a vertical cylindrical outer casing 3, a support strength is determined from the number of striking required for penetration of a penetration shaft 4 reaching a hole bottom Hb1 to a predetermined depth using penetration testing machines M1 and M2 provided with a knocking block 51 integrated with the penetration shaft 4 projecting downward, a drive hammer 52 and a lifting mechanism 8 of the drive hammer 52. When the support strength does not satisfy a predetermined value, the support strength is re-determined by further re-dipping the pile hole H1, and when the support strength reaches the predetermined value or more, a pile is constructed in which a length for depth increment is extended and adjusted with respect to an original pile length.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】杭の建て込み前の貫入試験で孔底の支持強度が所定値に満たなかった場合に、その杭孔の再掘削及び再判定を行い、深度が増した杭孔に再掘削前の深度に対応する既製杭を利用して低コストで能率よく杭施工を行える杭施工管理方法を提供する。【解決手段】地盤Gに設定深度の杭孔H1を形成後、該杭孔H1内への杭の建て込み前に、縦筒状の外側ケーシング3内に、下方突出する貫入軸4を一体化したノッキングブロック51と、ドライブハンマー52と、ドライブハンマー52の吊上げ機構8とを備える貫入試験機M1,M2を用い、孔底Hb1に着底させた該貫入軸4が所定深さまで貫入するのに要する打撃回数から支持強度を判定する。支持強度が所定値に満たない場合に杭孔H1を更に深く再掘削して支持強度を再判定し、所定値以上に達した場合に元の杭長さに対して深度増加分の長さを継ぎ足し調整した杭を建て込む。【選択図】図6
