END JOINING STRUCTURE FOR AXIAL FORCE MEMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an end joining structure for an axial force member, which can prevent excessive reaction from being generated at a joint end even when an external force of unexpected magnitude is input.SOLUTION: In a joining structure A for an end 2a (2b) of an axial force member 2 on which an external force acts and in which an axial force is generated, the end 2a (2b) of the axial force member 2 is bolt-joined to a joining object 5 by using a bolt 3 and a nut 4. An annular belleville spring 6, in which a shank of the bolt 3 is arranged by being inserted through a central hole, is provided. When the preset axial force acts, the transfer of the excessive axial force to the joining object 5 is prevented by utilizing nonlinear characteristics of the belleville spring 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】想定外の大きさの外力が入力した場合であっても接合端部に過大な反力が生じることを防止できる軸力部材の端部接合構造を提供する。【解決手段】外力が作用するとともに軸力が発生する軸力部材2の端部2a(2b)の接合構造Aであって、軸力部材2の端部2a(2b)を接合対象5にボルト3とナット4を用いてボルト接合されるとともに、中心孔にボルト3の軸部を挿通して配設される環状の皿バネ6を備え、予め設定した軸力が作用した際に皿バネ6の非線形特性を利用して過大な軸力の接合対象5への伝達を防止するように構成する。【選択図】図1
