FOLDED-PLATE ROOF REPAIR CONSTRUCTION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folded-plate roof repair construction method which can efficiently construct a renovated roof or a newly constructed roof while removing an existing roof.SOLUTION: In an existing folded-plate roof A provided with a trapezoidal existing tight frame 2 having two leg parts 21 and a top part 22 arranged at a predetermined interval on an existing structural member 4 and an existing folded-plate roof board 1 supported by the previously placed tight frame 2, the existing folded-plate roof board 1 is removed from the existing tight frame 2. At least one point of the existing tight frame 2 is cut by using a cutter 9 provided with a holder part 91 having a fixed blade 95 and a hydraulic cylinder part 93 having a movable blade 94. Repair is performed to reduce the height of the existing tight frame 2 on the existing structural member 4. A repair tight frame B1 which can be mounted by non-welding means is mounted on the existing structural member 4, and the folded-plate roof board material 5 for repair is mounted via the repair tight frame B1 to construct a repair folded-plate roof B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】既設屋根を撤去しつつ改修屋根又は新設屋根を効率的に施工することができる折板屋根改修工法を提供すること。【解決手段】既設構造材4上に所定間隔に配置された二本の脚部21と頂部22とを有する台形状の既設タイトフレーム2と、該既設タイトフレーム2に支持された既設の折板屋根板材1とを備えた既設折板屋根Aにおいて、前記既設タイトフレーム2から既設の前記折板屋根板材1を取り外すこと。固定刃95を有するホルダ部91と、可動刃94を有する油圧シリンダ部93とを備えた切断機9を使用して、前記既設タイトフレーム2の少なくとも1箇所を切断すること。前記既設構造材4上の前記既設タイトフレーム2の高さ方向を低くなるように修めること。前記既設構造材4上には無溶接手段にて装着可能な改修タイトフレームB1を装着し、該改修タイトフレームB1を介して改修用の折板屋根板材5を装着して改修折板屋根Bを施工すること。【選択図】 図1
