FOLDED-PLATE ROOF REPAIR METHOD AND REPAIR STRUCTURE
To provide a folded-plate roof repair method improved in workability of a long roof plate, and structuring a repaired folded-plate roof, by attaching a hanging metal fitting having a hanger attached to a metal fitting body having roof installation parts sandwiching a winding seam part (a) onto an upper face of an existing folded-plate roof A formed by connecting adjacent long metal plates with the winding seam part (a), and by tightly winding a cover roof plate to the hanger.SOLUTION: In a folded-plate roof repair method, repair roofs B1, B2, B3 are structured stepwise so that end parts of the repair roofs overlap sequentially from the eaves side of an existing folded-plate roof A, with cover roof plates 1 of a length of the existing folded-plate roof divided into several pieces. After performing roofing on a lower step side, a lower hanging metal fitting 2a is attached to an overlapping part of a repair roof on the lower step side and a roof on an upper step side, middle and higher hanging metal fittings 2b, 2c are attached to a winding seam part (a) of the existing roof of a non-overlapping part so as to perform roofing on the upper step side, and a rain-preventing sealing strip is attached to an eaves side opening of the repair roof on the upper step side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】巻きハゼ部aで隣接する長尺金属板を連結して形成している既設折版屋根Aの上面に、巻きハゼ部aを挟持する屋根装着部を備えた金具本体に吊子を付設した吊子金具を装着し、カバー屋根板を吊子に巻締めして補修折版屋根を構築する折版屋根補修工法において、長尺の屋根板の作業性を改善する。【解決手段】既設折版屋根長の数分割長さのカバー屋根板1で、既設折版屋根Aの軒先側から順次端部が重さなるように階段状に補修屋根B1,B2,B3の構築を行うものであって、下段側の屋根葺きを行った後に、下段側の補修屋根と上段側の屋根の重なり位置に低位の吊子金具2aを装着し、非重なり部分の既設屋根の巻きハゼ部aに中高位の吊子吊子金具2b,2cを装着して上段側の屋根葺きを行い、上段側の補修屋根の軒先側開口部に雨止め面戸を装着する。【選択図】図2
