PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an occupant to more surely recognizing whether or not authentication is established.SOLUTION: A wireless authentication device of a saddle-riding type vehicle for performing authentication by way of wireless communication between itself and a portable terminal held by a user comprises: a first operator (for example, an operation part 74 or the like) for receiving a switching operation to a state in which starting of a power engine is allowed; an illuminating notification part 80 which is provided to the first operator or a surrounding part (for example, a switch base 71) of the first operator and performs illumination notification of establishment of authentication; and a control unit which determines whether or not authentication is established by performing wireless communication with the portable terminal and makes the illuminating notification part 80 perform illumination notification operation when it is determined that authentication is established.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
