CRACK PROPAGATION INHIBITION RESIN COMPOSITION AND CURED ARTICLE THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crack propagation inhibition resin composition capable of a repair reinforcement method which is simple and less in workload during process, for propagation inhibition of cracks generated in a steel material of a deteriorated steel building structure.MEANS: There is provided a resin composition containing a resin composition having ordinary temperature curability and a reinforcement filler, in which the reinforcement filler contains a non-spherical particle filler and a reinforced fiber filler at a blend ratio of the formula I of 15 to 65 mass% in all composition, and a steel structure is repaired by applying the resin composition to crack locations of the structure and curing the same. 【課題】本発明の課題は、老朽化した鋼建築構造物等の鋼材に発生した亀裂の進展抑制に対して、簡便で、施工時の作業負担の少ない修復補強工法を可能とする亀裂進展抑制樹脂組成物を提供することである。【手段】常温硬化性を有する樹脂組成物と強化充填剤を含み、前記強化充填剤が非球状粒子フィラーと強化繊維フィラーとを式Iの配合比で全組成物中15〜65質量%含有する、構造物の亀裂箇所に塗布され硬化することで前記鋼構造物を補修することを特徴とする樹脂組成物を用いる。非球状粒子フィラーの配合量/繊維状フィラーの配合量=1〜10 ・・・式(I)【選択図】なし
