CRACK GROWTH INHIBITING RESIN COMPOSITION, CURED PRODUCT THEREOF AND CRACK PROPAGATION SUPPRESSING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crack growth inhibiting resin composition and crack propagation suppressing method using the same which can realize a repair reinforcement method which is simple and suppresses work burden during construction against the suppression of crack propagation occurred in steel materials such as aged steel building structures.MEANS: In the present invention, a crack propagation suppressing resin composition is used for reinforcing the steel structure, and the resin composition contains a room temperature curable thermosetting acrylic resin and a filler, and the resin composition contains both a fibrous filler and a non-spherical particle filler as the filler, a total of 20 to 150 pts.wt. of a fibrous filler and a nonspherical particle filler in a compounding ratio of the formula (I) to 100 pts.wt. of a room temperature curable thermosetting acrylic resin, and the average particle diameter of the non-spherical particle filler is 1 to 80 μm, and it is applied to the crack site of the steel structure and cured. 【課題】本発明の課題は、老朽化した鋼建築構造物等の鋼材に発生した亀裂の進展抑制に対して、簡便で、施工時の作業負担の少ない修復補強工法を可能とする亀裂進展抑制樹脂組成物及びそれを用いた亀裂進展抑制方法を提供することである。【手段】本発明では、常温硬化型の熱硬化性アクリル樹脂及びフィラーを含有する樹脂組成物であって、前記樹脂組成物は、前記フィラーとして、繊維状フィラー及び非球状粒子フィラーの両方を含有し、常温硬化型の熱硬化性アクリル樹脂100重量部に対して繊維状フィラーと非球状粒子フィラーとを式(I)非球状粒子フィラーの配合量/繊維状フィラーの配合量=1〜10・・・式(I)の配合比で合計20〜150重量部含有し、非球状粒子フィラーの平均粒子径が1〜80μmであり、鋼構造物の亀裂箇所に塗布され硬化することで前記鋼構造物を補強する亀裂進展抑制樹脂組成物を用いる。【選択図】なし
