OVERLOAD DETECTION SYSTEM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overload detection system that enhances convenience for a user of a shutter device.SOLUTION: An overload detection system includes: an acquisition section 84a for acquiring a number of rotations of a driving section of an opening/closing unit for each section of movement, each time a shutter curtain is moved for opening/closing; an overload standard value setting section 84b for setting an overload standard value for each section of movement, each time the shutter curtain is moved for opening/closing; and a second determination section 84e for determining whether the driving section of an opening/closing unit 40 is in an overloaded condition, based on the number of rotations of the driving section acquired by the acquisition section 84a and the overload standard value, each time the shutter curtain is moved for opening/closing. The overload standard value setting section 84b performs a first detection sensitivity reduction process in a case when the second determination section 84e has determined that the driving section is in the overloaded condition. Furthermore, the overload standard value setting section sets the overload standard value for the determination in a consequent movement for opening/closing after cancelling the first detection sensitivity reduction process, in a case when the movement for opening/closing determined by the second determination section 84e as not being in the overloaded condition was repeated a plurality of times, following the first detection sensitivity reduction process.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】シャッター装置の使用におけるユーザの利便性を向上させることが可能になる、過負荷検知システムを提供すること。【解決手段】過負荷検知システムは、シャッターカーテンの開閉移動毎に、開閉機の駆動部の回転数を移動区間毎に取得する取得部84aと、開閉移動毎に、過負荷基準値を移動区間毎に設定する過負荷基準値設定部84bと、開閉移動毎に、取得部84aにて取得された駆動部の回転数及び過負荷基準値に基づいて、開閉機40の駆動部が過負荷状態であるか否かを判定する第2判定部84eとを備え、過負荷基準値設定部84bは、第2判定部84eにて過負荷状態であると判定された場合には第1検知感度低下処理を行い、第1検知感度低下処理の後に第2判定部84eにて過負荷状態でないと判定された開閉移動が複数回継続した場合に、次順の開閉移動における判定のための過負荷基準値を第1検知感度低下処理を解除した上で設定する。【選択図】図2
