GROUT REINJECTION METHOD TO GROUT UNFILLED CAVITY PART IN SHEATH FOR PC TENDON INSERTION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which enables easy grout reinjection at low pressure and repressurization after the injection, in grout reinjection to a grout unfilled cavity part.SOLUTION: When grout is reinjected to a grout unfilled cavity part 14 having air permeability on the upper end side of a PC tendon insertion sheath in an existing PC structure, a hole 20 for grout reinjection is formed on the lower end of the grout unfilled cavity part 14, a hole 30 for grout pressure measurement in the cavity part is formed at a position higher than the lower end, a pressure gauge 32 for measuring a grout pressure at a height position of the hole for grout pressure measurement is installed on the hole 20 for the grout pressure measurement in the cavity part, and a repressurization force by a grout reinjection pump 34 is imparted until an injected grout 35 for reinjection is cured after the grout 35 for reinjection is injected up to the upper end of the grout unfilled cavity part 14 so that a measurement value by the pressure gauge 32 is kept at a value in a state where the grout unfilled cavity part 14 is filled with the grout 35 for reinjection up to the upper end thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】グラウト未充填空洞部へのグラウト再注に際し、低圧でのグラウト再注入及び注入後の再加圧が、簡単な装置を提供する。【解決手段】既設PC構造物におけるPC緊張材挿通シースの上端側に通気性を有するグラウト未充填空洞部14にグラウトを再注入するに際し、グラウト未充填空洞部14の下側端部にグラウト再注入用孔20を形成するとともに、これより高い位置に空洞部内グラウト圧測定用孔30を形成し、空洞部内グラウト圧測定用孔20に、グラウト圧測定用孔高さ位置のグラウト圧を計測する圧力計32を設置し、グラウト未充填空洞部14の上端にまで再注入用グラウト35を注入した後、注入された再注入用グラウト35が硬化するまでの間、前記圧力計32による計測値が、前記グラウト未充填空洞部14内の上端部まで再注入用グラウト35が充填された状態時における値を維持するように前記グラウト再注入ポンプ34による再加圧力を付与する。【選択図】図1
