SHEATH PIPE DETECTION METHOD AT FILLING INSPECTION OF PC GROUT AND DRILLING OF REINJECTION HOLE, AND FILLING INSPECTION OF PC GROUT AND DRILLING METHOD OF REINJECTION HOLE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheath pipe detection method at the drilling of a PC grout reinjection hole which easily detects whether or not a drilled hole arrives at a sheath pipe without interrupting drilling work, and a drilling method of the PC grout reinjection hole which drills the PC grout reinjection hole at a PC construction without damaging a tendon which is inserted into the sheath pipe.SOLUTION: There is provided a sheath pipe detection method at the drilling of a PC grout reinjection hole which detects whether or not a drilled hole arrives at an external surface of a sheath pipe when drilling the hole for reinjecting PC grout therein at a PC construction X. The sheath pipe detection method feeds water to the hole which is drilled by a drill 2 via a water feed hose 41 by using a water feed/drain device 4 while drilling the PC construction X by the drill 2, drains and sucks the water together with dust which is generated by the drilling via a drain hose 42, and when a metal sensor 5 installed in the middle of the drain hose 42 detects metal, determines that the drilled hole arrives at the external surface of the sheath pipe.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】簡便で削孔作業を中断することなく、削孔している孔がシース管に到達したか否かを検知するPCグラウト再注入用孔削孔時のシース管検知方法、及びシース管に挿通されている緊張材を損傷することなく、PC構造物にPCグラウト再注入用の孔を削孔するPCグラウト再注入用孔の削孔方法を提供する。【解決手段】PCグラウトを再注入するための孔をPC構造物Xに削孔する際に、削孔している孔がシース管の外表面に達したか否かを検知するPCグラウト再注入用孔削孔時のシース管検知方法において、穿孔機2によりPC構造物Xを削孔しながら、給排水装置4により穿孔機2で削孔している孔に給水ホース41を介して給水し、排水ホース42を介して削孔により発生した粉塵とともに水を排吸い上げ、排水ホース42の途中に設置された金属センサ5により金属を検知した場合に、削孔している孔がシース管の外表面に達したと判断する。【選択図】図1
