LIGHT-WEIGHT HEAT INSULATING UNSHAPED REFRACTORY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-weight heat insulating unshaped refractory stably usable from an initial stage of operation to a final stage, by securing strength after curing/drying and heating, and suppressing shrinkage after heating.SOLUTION: A light-weight heat insulating unshaped refractory is such that: an unshaped refractory powder is composed of light-weight particles having CaO 6AlO(CA6) composition, alumina fine powder having a particle diameter of 1 mm or less, and alumina cement; a ratio of a light-weight aggregate of CA6 composition is 30-70 mass%; a ratio of the alumina fine powder is 10-40 mass%; a ratio of the alumina cement is 20-55 mass%; a coarse particle part larger than a particle diameter 1 mm of the unshaped refractory powder is composed of light-weight particles of CA6 composition; a fine powder part of a particle diameter 1 mm or less of the unshaped refractory powder is composed of light-weight particles of CA6 composition, alumina fine powder and alumina cement; a mass ratio of CaO/AlOin the fine powder part of a particle diameter 1 mm or less of the unshaped refractory powder is larger than 0.13 and less than 0.24.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】本発明の目的は、養生・乾燥後および加熱後の強度を確保し、かつ加熱後の収縮を小さく抑えることにより、稼働初期から終期に亘って安定した使用が可能となる軽量断熱不定形耐火物を提供することにある。【解決手段】本発明の軽量断熱不定形耐火物は、不定形耐火物粉体がCaO・6Al2O3(CA6)組成の軽量粒、粒径1mm以下のアルミナ微粉およびアルミナセメントから構成され、CA6組成の軽量骨材の割合が30〜70質量%の範囲内にあり、アルミナ微粉の割合が10〜40質量%の範囲内にあり、アルミナセメントの割合が20〜55質量%の範囲内にあり、不定形耐火物粉体の粒径1mmより大きい粗粒部がCA6組成の軽量粒で構成され、不定形耐火物粉体の粒径1mm以下の微粉部がCA6組成の軽量粒、アルミナ微粉およびアルミナセメントから構成され、不定形耐火物粉体の1mm以下の微粉部におけるCaO/Al2O3質量比が0.13より大きく、0.24未満の範囲内にあることを特徴とする。【選択図】なし
