PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamy material discharge machine which can discharge a foamy material appropriately to a predetermined working location while reducing the possibility of failure, thereby enabling the foamy material discharge machine to be arranged with stability.SOLUTION: A dust suppression system 120 has a foamy material discharge machine 122, and a pressure feed mechanism 160. The foamy material discharge machine 122 is provided with an undiluted solution tank 150 for pooling an undiluted solution to be a raw material of a foamy material BB, and a mixer 152 communicating with a discharge nozzle 158 and mixing the undiluted solution with high pressure water. The pressure feed mechanism 160 forcibly feeds the high pressure water to the mixer 152. The height of a gravity center position of the foamy material discharge machine 122 after the undiluted solution tank 150 is arranged is set to a height H0 or below of a gravity center position CG1 of the foamy material discharge machine 122 without the undiluted solution tank 150.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
