PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate reconstruction of a fire-resistance structure of a partition penetration part.SOLUTION: A fixing frame 30 provided to prevent displacement of a pipe or wiring installed in a penetration hole in a partition body of a building, includes: an outer material 33 made of a thermal-expansive material or non-thermal-expansive material; and an inner material 34 provided inside the outer material 33 and made of a thermal-expansive material. The outer material 33 and the inner material 34 are integrally formed by injection molding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
