ARCHED STEEL FIBER FOR CEMENT REINFORCEMENT MATERIAL
The present invention relates to an arched steel fiber for a reinforcing cement material. The arched steel fiber for the reinforcing cement material improves a mechanical performance such as tensile strength, bending strength, and energy absorption performance of a cement complex by bending both ends; and having an arch shape of an arched steel fiber main body in a longitudinal direction to have a higher pulling resistance strength when compared to an existing steel fiber. Also, the arched steel fiber obtains a technical effect of creating an economical added value on the costs for the required material by reducing a mixing amount of the steel fiber when compared to a performance compared with an existing technique.
본 발명은 시멘트계 재료 보강용 아치형 강섬유 본체에 대하여 길이방향으로 아치형을 가지고 양끝단부를 굴곡 처리함으로써, 종래보다 높은 인발저항강도를 가지게 되므로 궁극적으로 시멘트 복합체의 인장강도, 휨강도 및 에너지 흡수능력과 같은 역학적 성능을 향상시키는 것이 가능하다. 또한, 종래기술과 비교하여 성능 대비 강섬유의 혼입량을 줄일 수 있으므로 소모자재 비용 면에서 경제적 부가가치를 창출하는 등의 기술효과까지 얻는다.
