PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base-isolated structure capable of reducing bending moment which acts on a column member from an overhang portion in the case of earthquake.SOLUTION: A base-isolated structure 10 includes: a lamination rubber bearing 14; an upper structure 16 supported by the lamination rubber bearing 14; an overhang portion 20 protruding from the upper structure 16; a column member 30 disposed below the overhang portion 20; and a plain bearing 40 provided to a column head 30U of the column member 30 to support the overhang portion 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
