PROTECTION STRUCTURE OF CEMENT HARDENED BODY STRUCTURE AND PROTECTION METHOD OF CEMENT HARDENED BODY STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protection structure of a cement hardened body structure and a protection method of the cement hardened body structure which are excellent in adhesion strength of a protective sheet to the cement hardened body structure via an adhesive layer and excellent in property (fatigue resistance maintainability) for maintaining fatigue resistance against aging.SOLUTION: The protection structure of a cement hardened body structure (a concrete protecting structure 100) comprises a cement hardened body structure (a concrete building 200), and a protective sheet 300 covering the surface of the cement hardened body structure via an adhesive layer 400. The protective sheet 300 has a tensile elastic modulus of 5.0 GPa or less. The adhesive layer 400 is a cured resin layer containing a cured material of a modified silicone resin and an epoxy resin cured product, and a stress Mat 10% elongation is 0.6 N/mmor less. With this constitution, the protection structure of the cement hardened body structure having high adhesion strength of the protective sheet to the cement hardened body structure via the adhesive layer and excellent fatigue resistance maintaining property is obtained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】接着層を介したセメント硬化体構造物への保護シートの接着強度が高く、かつ、経年に抗い耐疲労性を維持する性質(耐疲労維持性)に優れたセメント硬化体保護構造およびセメント硬化体構造物の保護工法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明のセメント硬化体構造物の保護構造(コンクリート保護構造100)は、セメント硬化体構造物(コンクリート建造物200)と、セメント硬化体構造物の表面を接着層400を介して覆う保護シート300と、を含む。保護シート300は、引張弾性率が5.0GPa以下である。接着層400は、変成シリコーン樹脂硬化物とエポキシ樹脂硬化物とを含む硬化樹脂層であって、かつ、10%伸長時の応力M10が0.6N/mm2以下である。この構成により、接着層を介したセメント硬化体構造物への保護シートの接着強度が高く、かつ、耐疲労維持性に優れたセメント硬化体保護構造となる。【選択図】図1
