To provide a surface protection construction method capable of favorably constructing a cement hardened body structure without causing float on a corner portion of the cement hardened body structure, and a surface protection structure in which the cement hardened body structure is favorably constructed without float on the corner portion of the cement hardened body structure.SOLUTION: The surface protection construction method for a cement hardened body structure includes a pre-coating process of pre-coating a filling resin composition 300' containing the modified silicone resin on a corner surface 251 of a cement hardened body structure 200, and an adhering process of adhering a protection sheet 300 to the pre-coated filling resin composition 300' and entire surface of the cement hardened body structure 200, and the protection sheet 300 includes a resin layer and a carbon film.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
