DECK PLATE CONNECTION METHOD
To provide a deck plate connection method capable of quickly and efficiently connecting a steel material flange and a deck plate with a reinforcement truss without requiring a welding work.SOLUTION: A deck plate connection method uses a deck plate with a reinforcement truss 11A as a deck plate, and utilizes an attaching metal fitting 10A which includes an engagement portion 15 installed on a flange 14 of an H-shaped steel 12 forming a beam and a fitting portion 16 connecting with the engagement portion 15 and which is attached to the H-shaped steel 12. The deck plate connection method installs the attaching metal fitting 10A on the H-shaped steel 12 by installation means for fitting the engagement portion 15 of the attaching metal fitting 10A into the flange 14 of the H-shaped steel 12, and by connection means for fitting a second end member 52b positioned at an end edge portion of the deck plate with a reinforcement truss 11A and extending vertically to the fitting portion 16 of the attaching metal fitting 10A, connects the end edge portion of the deck plate 11A with the fitting portion 16 of the attaching metal fitting 10A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】溶接作業を必要とせず、鋼材のフランジと鉄筋トラス付きデッキプレートとを迅速かつ効率的に連結することができるデッキプレート連結方法を提供する。【解決手段】デッキプレート連結方法は、デッキプレートとして鉄筋トラス付きデッキプレート１１Ａを使用するとともに、梁を形成するＨ型鋼１２のフランジ１４に設置する篏合部１５及び篏合部１５に繋がる係止部１６を有してＨ型鋼１２に取り付けられる取付金具１０Ａを利用し、取付金具１０Ａの篏合部１５をＨ型鋼１２のフランジ１４に嵌め込む設置手段によって取付金具１０ＡをＨ型鋼１２に設置するとともに、鉄筋トラス付きデッキプレート１１Ａの端縁部に位置して上下方向へ延びる第２端部材５２ｂを取付金具１０Ａの係止部１６に係止する連結手段によってデッキプレート１１Ａの端縁部と取付金具１０Ａの係止部１６とを連結する。【選択図】図７
