RUBBER UNDULATION WEIR BODY AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber undulation weir body having a sufficient bonding strength suitable for use of a rubber undulation weir having a weir height exceeding 1.5 m and having fins useful for preventing vibration and preventing damage at falling.SOLUTION: A rubber undulation weir body has a plurality of sets of rubber sheet laminates 2 having joining portions in the axial direction. In each set of rubber sheet laminates, rubber sheets 21 to 25 having the same shape are laminated while being shifted from each other by a predetermined amount in the axial direction, and has a stepwise portion 4 in the axial direction in which the rubber sheets of the respective layers are shifted by the predetermined amount at an end in the axial direction. Rubber sheet protruding surfaces 211 to 251 of the rubber sheets of the respective layers which are displaced by the predetermined amount along the axial direction forming the stepwise portions in the axial direction of each other and protruding surfaces of the rubber sheets of other layers are pressed against each other at the joining portions of the adjacent rubber sheet laminates. The rubber sheets of the outermost layer are arranged flush with each other, and unvulcanized fin joining portions are vulcanization joined to each other in the rubber sheet laminates. Fins provided along the axial direction of the rubber sheet laminates are vulcanization joined to unvulcanized fin joining portions of the rubber sheet laminates.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】堰高が1.5mを超えるゴム製起伏堰の使用に適した十分な接合強度を有し、振動防止対策および倒伏時の損傷防止に有用なフィンを有するゴム製起伏堰本体を提供する。【解決手段】軸方向に接合部を有する複数組のゴムシート積層体2を有し、各組のゴムシート積層体は同形状のゴムシート21〜25が軸方向に沿って所定量ずれて積層され、軸方向の端部に各層のゴムシートが所定量ずれた軸方向階段状部4を有し、隣り合うゴムシート積層体の接合部同士は、互いの軸方向階段状部を形成する軸方向に沿って所定量ずれた各層のゴムシートの突出面211〜251と、他の層のゴムシートの突出面とが圧着されるとともに最外層のゴムシート同士が面一に配置され、ゴムシート積層体は未加硫状態の接合部同士が加硫接合されるとともに、ゴムシート積層体の軸方向に沿って設けられたフィンがゴムシート積層体の未加硫状態のフィン接合部と加硫接合されている。【選択図】図1
