ROOF WEIR BODY MADE OF RUBBER COATED CLOTH
To provide a roof weir body made of a rubber coated cloth having improved effect of preventing a vicinity of a deflector portion from swelling compared with conventional ones and capable of preventing crack in a bottom of the deflector portion.SOLUTION: In a roof weir body made of a rubber coated cloth, an upper part and a lower part of a non-joining zone C of an inside rubber layer belt-like body 11 are separated, to form a space inside. The inside rubber layer belt-like body includes: a first rubber layer belt-like body 11-1 having the non-joining zone; a silicone rubber layer belt-like body 11-2 surrounding a prescribed range at one end portion side; and a second rubber layer belt-like body 11-3 surrounding the silicone rubber layer belt-like body and clamping the whole range of the silicone rubber layer belt-like body together with the first rubber layer belt-like body. When the space is formed inside, at one end portion side in a width direction of the inside rubber layer belt-like body, a gap portion Ga1 in a state of clamping the silicone rubber layer belt-like body between the first rubber layer belt-like body and the second rubber layer belt-like body is formed. An outside rubber layer belt-like body includes a second gap portion Ga2 at a vicinity of a rubber coated cloth lamination belt-like body 12 in a deflector portion f.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】従来に比べてデフレクター部近傍の膨れ防止効果を高め、かつデフレクター部の根元の割れを防止可能なゴム引布製起伏堰本体の提供。【解決手段】内側ゴム層帯状体11の非接合帯域Cの上部と下部を隔離させて内部に空間を形成するゴム引布製起伏堰本体であり、内側ゴム層帯状体が、非接合帯域を有する第1のゴム層帯状体11−1と、一端部側の所定範囲を取り囲むシリコンゴム層帯状体11−2と、シリコンゴム層帯状体を取り囲み第1のゴム層帯状体とでシリコンゴム層帯状体の全範囲を挟む第2のゴム層帯状体11−3とを有し、内部に空間を形成したときに、内側ゴム層帯状体の幅方向における一端部側に、第1のゴム層帯状体と第2のゴム層帯状体との間にシリコンゴム層帯状体を挟んだ状態の空隙部Ga1が形成される。デフレクター部fにおいてゴム引布積層帯状体12の近傍に第2の空隙部Ga2を有している。【選択図】図1
