FASTENING STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening structure capable of fastening a fastening member to a water section member such as a drain device with a constant torque and of improving construction quality without depending on skill of a constructor in fastening.SOLUTION: A fastening structure 100 comprises a fastening member 10 fastened to a drain device 30 and an operating member 20 for fastening the fastening member 10. The operating member 20 includes an engaging portion 25 engaging with the fastening member 10, and the fastening member 10 includes an engaged portion 14 engaged with the engaging portion 25. The fastening member 10 is relatively rotated to the drain device 30 via the operating member 20, to be fastened to the drain device 30. When the torque in the relative rotation reaches a predetermined value, an engagement state of the engaging portion 25 of the operating member 20 with the engaged portion 14 of the fastening member 10 is released, and the fastening member can be released from the operating member 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】締結部材を排水装置等の水回り部材に締結する際に、一定のトルクでの締結が可能であると共に、施工者の技能に依存せずに施工品質を向上させることが可能な締結構造を提供すること。【解決手段】締結構造100は、排水装置30に締結される締結部材10と、締結部材10を締結操作するための操作部材20と、を備え、操作部材20は、締結部材10に係合する係合部25を有し、締結部材10は、係合部25が係合する被係合部14を有し、締結部材10は、操作部材20を介して排水装置30に対して相対回転されることにより排水装置30に締結されると共に、当該相対回転のトルクが所定の値に達することにより操作部材20の係合部25と締結部材10の被係合部14との係合状態が解除され、操作部材20から離脱可能となる。【選択図】図2
