To provide technique for reduction of the degradation of friction force and furthermore for improvement of work efficiency.SOLUTION: The fastening structure is provided, which fastens first plate material and second plate material by a fastening member. The fastening member comprises: a bolt having a head portion on the side of one of the first plate material and the second plate material and penetrating through a first through-hole of the first plate material and a second through-hole of the second plate material; a nut to be threadedly engaged with the bolt from the side of the other; and an interposition member interposed between one of the head portion and the nut and the first plate material. The minimum outer diameter of one of the head portion and of the nut is smaller than the diameter of the first through-hole, and the outer diameter of the interposition member is larger than the diameter of the first through-hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
