KNEE BRACE REINFORCEMENT STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knee brace reinforcement structure that is inexpensive and facilitates construction, the structure enabling control of delamination and fracture by shear stress of an adhesive surface between a joining plate and one of a beam and a stud in an in-plane direction.SOLUTION: There is provided a knee brace reinforcement structure obliquely provided between a stud 1 of a square-shaped steel pipe and a beam 2 of H-shaped steel, the knee brace reinforcement structure comprising a knee brace member 3, and two joining metal tools 4 each coupled to an end of the knee brace member 3. Each of the two joining metal tools has a joining plate 40 and a gazette 41, and the joining plate 40 of one joining metal tool 4 is joined to a lower surface 2a of the beam 2 by an adhesive 10, and the joining plate 40 of the other joining metal tool 4 is joined to an opposite lateral face 1a of the stud 1 facing toward the one joining metal tool 4 by the adhesive 10. A thick-walled reinforcement member 42 is provided as an end reinforcement structure at both ends 40a in an extending direction of the joining plate 40 of the two joining metal tools 4 to the beam 2 or the stud 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】安価で施工が容易な構造で、接合プレートと梁材又は柱材との接着面の面内方向の剪断応力による剥離破壊を抑制することができる方杖形補強構造の提供。【解決手段】角形鋼管の柱材1とH形鋼の梁材2との間に斜設された方杖形補強構造であって、方杖部材3と、方杖部材3の両端にそれぞれ連結した2つの接合金具4とを備え、2つの接合金具の各々は、接合プレート40とガゼット41とを有し、一方の接合金具4の接合プレート40は、梁材2の下面2aに接着剤10により接合され、他方の接合金具4の接合プレート40は、柱材1の側面のうち一方の接合金具4側を向いた対向側面1aに接着剤10により接合され、2つの接合金具4の接合プレート40の梁材2又は柱材1の延在方向における両端部40aに、端部補強構造として肉厚補強部材42を有する。【選択図】図1
