JOINT STRUCTURE FOR STEEL PIPE SHEET PILE, AND METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING STEEL PIPE SHEET PILE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the ease of production of a joint for a steel pipe sheet pile and the ease of construction of a steel pipe sheet pile.SOLUTION: A female joint 23 has an easily fracturable part 33 composed of a plurality of missing parts 31 forming a line along a side wall part 30 of the female joint in a longitudinal direction and connecting parts 32 adjacent to the missing parts on the line. The missing part is formed to passes through from an outer face 30a to an inner face 30b of the side wall part, and a width dimension W of the missing part is formed smaller than a thickness dimension t of a fitting part 41 of a male joint 22. The fitting part of the male joint is fitted to the missing part while widening it, and is fitted to the connecting part while fracturing it, so that the female joint is connected in a fitting manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】鋼管矢板の継手の製作容易性及び鋼管矢板の施工性を向上する。【解決手段】雌形継手23は、その側壁部30に長手方向に沿って列を成す複数の欠落部31と当該列上で当該欠落部に隣接する結合部32とからなる破断容易部33を有し、当該欠落部は当該側壁部の外面30aから内面30bまで貫通形成されたものであり、当該欠落部の幅寸法Wが、雄形継手22の嵌合部41の厚み寸法tより小さく形成される。雄形継手の嵌合部が欠落部に対してはこれを押し広げながら嵌入し、結合部に対してはこれを破断させながら嵌入して雌雄継手が嵌合連結する。【選択図】図3
