JOINT STRUCTURE OF STEEL PIPE SHEET PILE AND METHOD OF CONSTRUCTING STEEL PIPE SHEET PILE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure of a steel pipe sheet pile and a method of constructing a steel pipe sheet pile which can efficiently perform the construction of a steel pipe sheet pile and solve the problem that it takes much time and labor to perform the construction as in the past when constructing a steel pipe sheet pile provided with a rotary vertical coupling joint.SOLUTION: A joint structure for connecting upper and lower steel pipe sheet piles with a rotary vertical coupling joint includes a protrusion protruding towards the other steel pipe sheet pile in either lateral coupling joint of at least one of the steel pipe sheet piles. A rotation of the rotary vertical coupling joint brings the lateral coupling joint of the other steel pipe sheet pile into contact with the protrusion so that the rotation of the rotary vertical coupling joint is stopped and the connection of the upper and lower steel pipe sheet piles is completed, and the directions of the lateral coupling joints of the upper and lower steel pipe sheet piles coincide with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】回転式の縦連結継手を備えた鋼管矢板の施工を行うに際して、従来のような、施工管理上手間が掛かり、施工に多大な時間を要するという問題を解消して、効率的に鋼管矢板の施工を行うことができる鋼管矢板の継手構造および鋼管矢板の施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】上下の鋼管矢板同士を回転式の縦連結継手で連結する際の継手構造であって、少なくとも一方の鋼管矢板のいずれかの横連結継手に他方の鋼管矢板に向かって張り出した突起を備え、前記回転式の縦連結継手の回転により前記他方の鋼管矢板の横連結継手が前記突起に当接することによって、前記回転式の縦連結継手の回転が停止して上下の鋼管矢板同士の連結が完了するとともに、上下の鋼管矢板の横連結継手の方向が一致するように構成されていることを特徴とする鋼管矢板の継手構造。【選択図】図1
