PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member fitting tool capable of attaching building components and a building provided with the member fitting tool which can reduce a load to the floor panel while being fixed to a beam and to a floor panel a roof floor or a balcony.SOLUTION: A member fitting tool according to the present invention is the member fitting tool for attaching building components to a floor of a roof floor or a balcony of a building including a floor panel placed on a top surface of a beam, comprising a beam fitting part inserted into an opening of the floor panel formed in a region including the upper part of the beam, and fixed to the beam, a floor fitting part fixed in the periphery of the opening to the top surface of the floor panel, and a member fitting part connected to the beam fitting part and to the floor fitting to be able to fix the building component, in which the member fitting part is provided above the beam.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】梁、及び、屋上又はベランダの床パネルに対して固定されつつも床パネルに対する荷重の負荷を軽減できる、建築部材を取り付け可能な部材取付具及びこの部材取付具を備える建物を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明に係る部材取付具は、梁の上面に載置された床パネルを含む建物の屋上又はベランダの床に建築部材を取り付けるための部材取付具であって、前記梁の上方を含む領域に形成される前記床パネルの開口部に挿入され、前記梁に対して固定される梁取付部と、前記開口部の周囲において前記床パネルの上面に固定される床取付部と、前記梁取付部に連結されるとともに前記床取付部に連結され、前記建築部材を固定可能な部材取付部と、を備え、前記部材取付部は、前記梁との上方に設けられる。【選択図】図５
