PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seismic isolation method using a laminated rubber isolation bearing for a lightweight wooden house.SOLUTION: An upper structure is received by a PC slab and a laminated rubber isolation bearing is installed between the foundation and the PC slab. Additionally, by tightening the PC slab with a bolt embedded in the foundation, floating of the building is prevented and also pressure is applied to the laminated rubber, so that the seismic isolation property of the laminated rubber increases.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】重量の軽い木造住宅に、積層ゴム免震支承を使用した免震工法を提供する。【解決手段】上部構造体をPC版で受け、基礎とPC版の間に積層ゴム免震支承を設置する。また、PC版を基礎に埋め込んだボルトで締め付けることにより、建物の浮き上がりを防止するとともに積層ゴムに圧力がかかり、積層ゴムの免震性が増す。【選択図】図1
