    PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved wind power generator foundation part, and a wind power generator including the wind power generator foundation part.SOLUTION: A wind power generator foundation part includes: a concrete foundation part (11); a plurality of segment anchors (270) provided in the concrete foundation part (11); a plurality of screw rods (290) provided in the concrete foundation part (11) and projecting beyond the concrete foundation part (11); a base part segment (260) having a lower end part (261), upper end parts (263, 265) and a side or jacket surface (262); and a plurality of pores (267, 265a) provided on the upper end parts (263, 265), and used for accepting a tensile twisted wire (230).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
