According to the wind power foundation horizontal seam grouting method, the wind power foundation is formed by sequentially connecting and splicing a plurality of prefabricated parts in the circumferential direction, each prefabricated part is provided with a grouting hole penetrating through a bottom plate of the prefabricated part, and a parting seam is defined between every two adjacent prefabricated parts; comprising the following steps that the spliced and formed wind power foundation is placed on a cushion layer so that a horizontal seam can be formed between the wind power foundation and the cushion layer; grouting is conducted in the grouting holes in the prefabricated part so that at least part of the horizontal seam can be filled with slurry; and grouting is conducted in the parting seam so that at least part of the horizontal seam can be filled with slurry. Therefore, the horizontal seam grouting method for the wind power foundation has the advantages that grouting is convenient, and the slurry is filled fully and uniformly, so that the wind power foundation is more stable.
