METHOD FOR PRODUCING INORGANIC BOARD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an inorganic board in which a rugged pattern has been formed on the surface, capable of forming a sharp rugged pattern in a short time without deforming a dry base material.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing an inorganic board comprising: a wet bae material formation step forming a wet base material 10A; a dry step where the wet base material 10A is dried so as to be a dried base material 10B; a coating step where a softening agent made of water or a resin aqueous solution is applied to the surface 1B and the back surface 2B of the dry base material 10B; and a heat compression step where, after the coating step, the dry base material 10B is subjected to heat compression with an embossment die, a binder is cured to form a rugged pattern on the surface 1B of the dry base material 10B, thus forming an inorganic board 10 formed with the rugged pattern on the surface 1. In the coating step, the amount of the softening agent applied to the surface 1B of the dry base material 10B is larger than the amount of the softening agent applied to the back surface 2B of the dry base material 10B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】表面に凹凸模様が形成された無機質板の製造方法において、乾燥基材を変形させることなくシャープな凹凸模様を短時間で形成することができるようにする。【解決手段】湿潤基材10Aを形成する湿潤基材形成工程と、湿潤基材10Aを乾燥させて乾燥基材10Bとする乾燥工程と、乾燥基材10Bの表面1B及び裏面2Bに水又は樹脂水溶液からなる軟化剤を塗布する塗布工程と、該塗布工程後、エンボス型で乾燥基材10Bを加熱圧縮して結合剤を硬化させて乾燥基材10Bの表面1Bに凹凸模様を形成する加熱圧縮工程とを行い、表面1に凹凸模様が形成された無機質板10を製造する。その塗布工程において、乾燥基材10Bの表面1Bに塗布する軟化剤の塗布量を、該乾燥基材10Bの裏面2Bに塗布する軟化剤の塗布量よりも多くする。【選択図】図4
