PACKAGING MATERIAL FOR PIVOTING DOOR AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF PIVOTING DOOR USING SAID PACKAGING MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging material capable of being hung to allow a pivoting door packed therein installed onto a predetermined installation place, so as to enable preventing a pivoting door surface from being damaged as much as possible in not only during transportation of the pivoting door but also after being hung for installation, and a very simple and efficient installation method of the pivoting door using the such packing material.SOLUTION: A packaging material 10 is used for packaging a pivoting door 1. The pivoting door comprises a movable pivot A; in which one of an upper pivot 5 attached to an upper surface of a door body 1a and a lower pivot attached to a lower surface of the door body 1a can protrude from and enter into the upper surface or the lower surface of the door body 1a, and is normally biased toward a protruding direction; and which is attached to the door body 1a in advance. The packaging material is provided with cutting-off assisting lines 20, 40 for allowing positions corresponding to the upper and lower pivot mounting parts to be cut off.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ピボット付き扉を梱包した状態のまま所定の設置場所に吊り込むことができ、ピボット付き扉の運搬時のみならず吊り込み後においても該ピボット付き扉の表面を最大限キズから守ることができる梱包材と、そのような梱包材を用いた非常に簡便で効率的なピボット付き扉の施工方法とを提供する。【解決手段】梱包材１０は、扉体１ａの上面に取り付けられる上側ピボット５および扉体１ａの下面に取り付けられる下側ピボットのうち、いずれか一方が扉体１ａの上面もしくは下面に対して突出・没入可能で常時突出方向に付勢される可動式ピボットＡで構成され且つ予め扉体１ａに取り付けられているピボット付き扉１を梱包する梱包材であって、上側及び下側のピボット取付け部分に対応する箇所を切り取るための切取補助線２０，４０が設けられていることを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
