RAIL TRACK MOVEMENT METHOD AND RAIL TRACK SUPPORT DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rail track movement method capable of completing a construction work for switching an existing rail track with a cant to a rail track without a cant in a short time.SOLUTION: The method includes a process of replacing the sleeper 10 supporting the existing rails R1 and R2 with a long sleeper 11; a process of installing a special tie-plate having a height corresponding to the cant of the existing rail on a long sleeper and fixing the existing rail by a rail fastening device; a process of fixing a new rail at a part other than the existing rail laying site of the long sleepers and to be laid on the new rails 12A, 12B and fixing the new rail by the tie-plate and the rail fastening device; a process of removing the rail fastening device and the tie-plate of the rail section located on the extension of the new rail among the existing rails of the curve part; and a process of transferring or adding the rail so as to be continuous with the installed new rail and fixing the linear rail by the tie-plate and the rail fastening device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】カントのある既設線路を、カントのない線路に切換える工事を短時間に完了させることができる線路移動方法を提供する。【解決手段】既設レールＲ１，Ｒ２を支持する枕木１０を水平な長枕木１１に置き換えて設置する工程と、既設レールのカントに応じた高さを有する特殊タイプレートを長枕木上に設置してレール締結装置により既設レールを固定する工程と、長枕木の既設レール敷設部位以外の部位であって新レール１２Ａ、１２Ｂの敷設予定の部位に新レールを敷設してタイプレートおよびレール締結装置によって新レールを固定する工程と、曲線部の既設レールのうち新レールの延長上に位置するレール部分のレール締結装置およびタイプレートを除去する工程と、設置済みの新レールと連続するようにレールを移設もしくは追加してタイプレートおよびレール締結装置によって直線状のレールを固定する工程とを含むようにした。【選択図】図１
