RAINWATER SEPARATING DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rainwater separating device which can prevent an initial rainwater tank becoming large in size even when it is installed in a building with a large roof area.SOLUTION: The rainwater separating device comprises: a drain pipe erected upward for flow-down of rainwater and discharging the flowing-down rainwater; a water intake pipe branching from the drain pipe; an initial rainwater tank provided below a branch portion of the water intake pipe in the drain pipe and with a gap from an inner peripheral wall of the drain pipe, and capable of storing the rainwater; a float housed inside the initial rainwater tank and moving up and down in accordance with a water level in the initial rainwater tank; and a water cut-off valve including a valve body provided above the float and a valve seat provided on the inner peripheral wall of the drain pipe. An intake portion which incorporates a part of the flowing-down rainwater in the drain pipe into the initial rainwater tank is provided on a part of a portion between the inner peripheral wall of the drain pipe and the outer peripheral wall of the initial rainwater tank. The float and the valve body rise with rising of the water level in the initial rainwater tank, to close the water cut-off valve, and the flowing-down rainwater is introduced into the intake pipe.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】屋根面積が大きい建造物に取付ける場合であっても初期雨水タンクの大型化を抑制できる、雨水分離装置を提供する【解決手段】雨水分離装置は、雨水が流下するように立設され、流下する雨水を排水する排水管と、排水管から分岐する取水管と、排水管内の取水管との分岐部よりも下方に、排水管の内周壁との間に隙間を有して設けられ雨水を貯めることのできる初期雨水タンクと、初期雨水タンクの内部に収容され、初期雨水タンク内の水位により上下動するフロートと、フロートの上部に設けられる弁体及び排水管の内周壁に設けられる弁座を有する止水弁とを備え、排水管の内周壁と初期雨水タンクの外周壁との間の一部分には、排水管を流下する雨水の一部を初期雨水タンクに取り込む取込み部が設けられ、初期雨水タンク内の水位の上昇に伴いフロートとともに弁体が上昇して止水弁を閉鎖して流下する雨水を取水管に導入する。【選択図】図1
