DEVICE FOR SEPARATING INITIAL RAINWATER
According to the present invention, an initial rainwater excluding device comprises: a first tank which is connected to a first pipe where rainwater flows, and has a first drain hole for discharging rainwater introduced into the first pipe to the outside and a second drain hole for utilization as usable water, wherein the first drain hole and the second drain hole are respectively formed on the lower part; a second tank which is connected to a second pipe where rainwater flows, and is formed to be able to ascend and descend at one side of the first tank; an opening and closing plate which is formed to selectively open and close the first drain hole and the second drain hole while moving between the first drain hole and the second drain hole; a first wire which has one end connected to the second tank and the other end connected to one side of the opening and closing plate to move the opening and closing plate according to ascending of the second tank; a second wire which has one end connected to the other side of the opening and closing plate; and a weight which is connected to the other end of the second wire, and provides a weight to allow the opening and closing plate to block the first drain hole when the amount of rainwater filled in the second tank is less than a reference value. A stably operable mechanism can be secured.
본 발명과 관련된 초기우수 배제 장치는, 빗물이 흐르는 제1배관과 연결되며, 상기 제1배관으로 유입되는 빗물을 외부로 방류하는 제1배수구와 용수로 활용되기 위한 제2배수구가 하부에 각각 형성된, 제1탱크; 빗물이 흐르는 제2배관과 연결되며, 상기 제1탱크의 일측에서 승강 가능하게 형성된, 제2탱크; 상기 제1배수구와 상기 제2배수구 사이를 이동하며 상기 제1배수구와 상기 제2배수구를 선택적으로 개폐시킬 수 있게 형성된, 개폐판; 일단은 상기 제2탱크에 연결되고 타단은 상기 개폐판의 일측에 연결되어, 상기 제2탱크의 승강에 따라 상기 개폐판을 이동시킬 수 있게 형성된, 제1와이어; 일단이 상기 개폐판의 타측에 연결되는 제2와이어; 및 상기 제2와이어의 타단에 연결되며, 상기 제2탱크에 채워진 빗물의 양이 기준치보다 적을 때, 상기 개폐판이 제1배수구를 막을 수 있게 중량을 제공하는 무게추를 포함할 수 있다.
