ASSISTING DEVICE FOR SLIDING DOOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assisting device for a sliding door capable of improving the spring characteristic of the force accumulating spring, simplifying the structure of the spring to improve the durability of the force accumulating spring, and reducing the manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: A casing 20, an end block 21, and a changeover tool 23 are provided. In the casing 20, a damper 25, a slider 26, a trigger body 29, and a force accumulating spring 31 are arranged. The trigger body 29 is switched to between a standby position and an operating position by the switching tool 23. The trigger body 29 in the standby position is engaged with the catch opening 47 of the casing 20 to hold the force accumulating spring 31 with an accumulated force. Since the trigger body 29 in the operating position is disengaged from the catch opening 47, a door panel 1 can be moved by an elastic force of the force accumulating spring 31. The force accumulating spring 31 is formed of a compression coil spring disposed between the slider 26 and the end block 21, and is held by a spring retainer 32 which is arranged, effectively for the extension and retraction stroke of the force accumulating spring 31, not to allow the force accumulating spring to be curved during deformation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】蓄力ばねのばね特性を向上し、ばねの構造を簡略化して蓄力ばねの耐久性を向上し、製造コストを削減できる引戸のアシスト装置を提供する。【解決手段】ケーシング20、エンドブロック21、切換え具23を備えている。ケーシング20内には、ダンパー25、スライダー26、トリガー体29、蓄力ばね31が配置してある。トリガー体29は切換え具23で、待機姿勢と作動姿勢に切換えられる。待機姿勢におけるトリガー体29はケーシング20のキャッチ開口47と係合して、蓄力ばね31を蓄力保持する。作動姿勢におけるトリガー体29はキャッチ開口47から離脱するので、蓄力ばね31の弾性力で戸パネル1を移動できる。蓄力ばね31は、スライダー26とエンドブロック21の間に配置した圧縮コイルばねで形成されて、蓄力ばね31の伸縮ストロークに臨んで設けたばね保形具32で湾曲変形不能に保持してある。【選択図】図1
