MANUFACTURING METHOD OF CERAMIC FIRED BODY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a firing method for a ceramic fired body capable of efficiently interposing inorganic powder between a mount and a ceramic green body.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a ceramic fired body includes: a step of preparing a mount and a pillar-shaped ceramic green body that has a plurality of flow channels extending in the axial direction; a step of applying a slurry containing inorganic powder to at least either of one end surface of the mount and one end surface in the axis direction of the ceramic green body; a step of placing the ceramic green body on the mount after the step of applying a slurry, so that the one end surface of the mount and the one end surface of the ceramic green body face each other; and a step of firing the ceramic green body placed on the mount.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
