PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pavement material measuring instrument, pavement material management device, and pavement material management system with which it is possible to easily understand the temperature, viscosity, and moisture content of a pavement material during transportation.SOLUTION: A measuring instrument (as an example of a pavement material measuring instrument) 20 according to an embodiment comprises: a temperature sensor 21 for repeatedly measuring the temperature (as an example of a pavement material physical quantity) of an asphalt mixture loaded on a transport vehicle D; and a communication part 24b for sequentially transmitting to a communication network by wireless means temperature information relating to the temperature of the asphalt mixture measured by the temperature sensor 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
