To provide a pavement material and pavement material manufacturing method capable of shortening the hardening time for a pavement material to harden to a desired strength while ensuring the usable life of the pavement material.SOLUTION: A material 1, being an example of a pavement material according to an embodiment, is a pavement material produced by mixing an aggregate, a binder, a resin (as an example of a mixing adjustment material), and an additive liquid. The binder contains cement and gypsum. The additive liquid contains a cationic asphalt emulsion and water. The resin is a material that prevents the asphalt emulsion from being decomposed by the cement. The ratio of cement and gypsum is 70 to 90:30 to 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】舗装材の可使時間を確保しつつ、舗装材が所望強度まで硬化する硬化時間を短縮することができる舗装材及び舗装材の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】実施形態に係る舗装材の一例である材料１は、骨材、バインダ、樹脂（混合調整材料の一例）及び添加液を混合して生成された舗装材であって、バインダはセメント及び石膏を含み、添加液はカチオン系のアスファルト乳剤及び水を含み、樹脂はアスファルト乳剤がセメントによって分解されることを抑える材料であり、セメント及び石膏の比率は７０〜９０：３０〜１０である。【選択図】図１
