OUTER EDGE CHECKING APPARATUS FOR GROUND IMPROVEMENT BODY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine whether the outer edge of a ground improvement body reaches a position separate by a desired distance from a penetration position of an injection pipe without being affected by a soil property of a ground.SOLUTION: An outer edge checking apparatus 20 for checking the outer edge of a ground improvement body K which is established by lifting an injection pipe 12 and high-pressure injecting hardener liquid 17 from the injection pipe 12 to the periphery of the injection pipe 12, comprises: a rod 21 penetrating a position separate from a penetration position P1 of the injection pipe 12 by a predetermined distance L1 with respect to a ground G; a vibration detecting sensor 22 that is disposed on the rod 21 and detects vibration of the ground G caused by the high-pressure injection; and a determination device 23 connected to the vibration detecting sensor 22. The determination device 23 has a storage unit 25 which stores a predetermined threshold, and a calculation unit 26 which determines whether the outer edge of the ground improvement body K reaches the vicinity of the penetration position of the rod 21 by comparing a value detected by the vibration detecting sensor 22 with the threshold stored in the storage unit 25.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】地盤の土質の影響を受けずに地盤改良体の外縁が噴射管の貫入位置から所望の距離離れた位置に到達しているかどうかを判断する。【解決手段】噴射管12を引き上げつつ噴射管12から硬化材液17を噴射管12の周囲に高圧噴射させて造成された地盤改良体Kの外縁を確認するための外縁確認装置20であって、地盤Gに対して噴射管12の貫入位置P1から所定距離L1離れた位置に貫入されるロッド21と、ロッド21に配置され前記高圧噴射に伴う地盤Gの振動を検知する振動検知センサ22と、振動検知センサ22に接続される判断装置23とを備え、判断装置23は、所定のしきい値を記憶する記憶部25と、振動検知センサ22による検出値を前記記憶部25に記憶されたしきい値と比較して地盤改良体Kの外縁が前記ロッド21の貫入位置の近傍に達しているかどうかを判断する演算部26とを有する。【選択図】図1
