FIXING METAL FITTING FOR FOLDED BOARD ROOFING MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a fixing bracket for a folded plate roofing material which can stably support the folded plate roofing material even if a large negative pressure due to wind blowing acts.SOLUTION: Folded board roofing material fixing metal fitting for folded board roofing material that fixes and supports new folded board roofing material different from the folded plate roofing material above it, which comprises a base 3 on which the fixing metal fittings are installed on the top face of the mountain plate portion of the folded plate roofing material, and a hanger 4 that is held in an upright attitude on the top outer wall of the base and that fixes and supports a new folded-plate roofing material in conjunction with the winding-up portion formed in the upper gauze and lower gauze of a new folded-plate roofing material. The hanger includes a fixed piece 4a integrally connected to the lower end of the hanger and connected to the base via a fastening bolt, and a tongue piece integrally connected to the lower end of the hanger at the opposed position of the fixed piece and abutting against the top outer wall of the base, and a locking piece 5 for supporting the hanging piece in at least two points of the tongue piece and the fixing piece is provided on the base 3 by forming a gap between the top outer wall thereof and inserting a tongue piece in the gap.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】風の吹き上げによる大きな負圧が作用しても折板屋根材を安定的に支持することができる折板屋根材の固定用金具を提案する。【解決手段】折板屋根材において、その上方にて折板屋根材と異なる新規な折板屋根材を固定、支持する折板屋根材の固定用金具において、固定金具を、折板屋根材の山板部の頂面に設置されるベース３と、ベースの頂部外面壁に起立姿勢で保持され、新規な折板屋根材の上ハゼ、下ハゼにおいて形成される巻き締め部分に連係させて新規な折板屋根材を固定、支持する吊子４とを備える。吊子には、吊子の下端に一体連結しベースに締結ボルトを介して連結される固定片４ａと、固定片の対向位置で吊子の下端に一体連結してベースの頂部外面壁に当接可能な舌片と設け、ベース３には、その頂部外面壁との相互間で隙間を形成するとともに隙間に舌片を差し込むことにより吊子を舌片および固定片の少なくとも２点で支持する係止片５を設ける。【選択図】図３
