DRILLING FIXTURE FOR AUTOCLAVED LIGHTWEIGHT AERATED CONCRETE CORNER PANEL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means capable of performing a drilling operation to an autoclaved lightweight aerated concrete (ALC) corner panel in a construction site at high precision by a manual operation.SOLUTION: Provided is a drilling fixture 1 for an autoclaved lightweight aerated concrete corner panel comprising: a plate 2 for an almost L-shape type small port face; and a guide plate 3 for an internal corner part and a guide plate 4 for an external corner part vertically stood from the opposing outer edges of the plate 2 for a small port face. In the plate 2 for a small port face, a cylindrical vertical hole guide pipe 21 is installed vertically to the plate 2 for a small port face toward the outside of the drilling fixture 1 on a straight line connecting a corner apex 22 of the internal corner part and a corner apex 23 of the external corner part, and, in the internal corner part of the guide plate 3 for an internal corner part and/or the external corner part of the guide plate 4 for an external corner part, cylindrical lateral hole guide pipes 31, 42 are installed in a direction orthogonal to the central axis of the vertical hole guide pipe 21 toward the outside of the drilling fixture 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】建築現場における軽量気泡コンクリート（ＡＬＣ）コーナーパネルへの穿孔作業を、手作業により高い精度で行うことができる手段を提供すること。【解決手段】略Ｌ字型の小口面用プレート２と、小口面用プレート２の対向する外縁から垂直に立ち上がる入隅部用ガイドプレート３及び出隅部用ガイドプレート４と、を備え、小口面用プレート２には、入隅部の角部頂点２２と出隅部の角部頂点２３とを結ぶ直線上に、穿孔治具１の外側に向けて小口面用プレート２に対して垂直に円筒状の縦孔ガイドパイプ２１が設置されていて、入隅部用ガイドプレート３の入隅部及び／又は前記出隅部用ガイドプレート４の出隅部には、穿孔治具１の外側に向けて縦孔ガイドパイプ２１の中心軸と直交する方向に円筒状の横孔ガイドパイプ３１、４２が設置されている、軽量気泡コンクリートコーナーパネル用の穿孔治具１とする。【選択図】図１
