HOLLOW PRECAST PILE, JOINT CAP, AND PILE HEAD JOINT STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow precast pile which allows a pile head joint structure to be more strengthened by preventing a pile head from being displaced with respect to a concrete foundation, a joint cap which is used to cover the pile head of the hollow precast pile, and a pile head joint structure using the hollow precast pile or a hollow precast pile capped with the joint cap, to connect the pile head of a foundation pile to the concrete foundation when structuring a pile foundation.SOLUTION: A pile head is inserted/buried in concrete of a concrete foundation 3 to connect a foundation pile 4 to the concrete foundation 3. The foundation pile 4 is formed with hollow precast piles. Some wing plates 5 projected within concrete of the concrete foundation 3 are mounted on a pile head of the foundation pile 4. Each of the wing plates 5 is formed of a perforated steel plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A
【課題】 杭基礎を構築する際の基礎杭の杭頭部とコンクリート基礎との接合において、前記コンクリート基礎に対する前記杭頭部の位置ズレを防止することにより強固な杭頭接合構造とすることができる中空既製杭、中空既製杭の杭頭部に被せて用いる接合用キャップ、前記中空既製杭もしくは前記接合用キャップを被せた中空既製杭を用いた前記杭頭接合構造を提供する。【解決手段】杭頭部をコンクリート基礎３のコンクリート内に嵌入・埋設して基礎杭４とコンクリート基礎３とを接合する。基礎杭４は中空既製杭より形成する。基礎杭４の杭頭部にコンクリート基礎３のコンクリート内に突出する複数の翼板５を取り付ける。翼板５は孔あき鋼板から形成する。【選択図】 図1A
